Orders and Shipping
Orders ship within 1 to 2 days and are usually received within 3 to 5 days. We utilize courier services for all deliveries and some outlaying areas may take a little longer.
Simply click on “My account” in the menu and you can create your own account. You can also create an account during the checkout process.
Logging in to your account through the “My account” link in the menu will take you to your own dashboard. From there you can change you address, account password, view your orders and download copies of your invoices.
When your order is dispatched you will receive the tracking number and the link to track your order based on the courier used for the delivery.
We do not process payments or keep any payment details. Payments are sent to our payment gateway “Payfast” and they handle the entire payment process and guarantee complete security and safety of all payments.
We ship in South Africa, we do not currently offer international shipping.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Items can be returned within 7 days in original condition, after 7 days they are covered by the warranty against malfunctions and defects.
We work hard to ensure the correct items are always shipped, in the case there is a mistake with a shipment, we will book the courier to collect the items from you and ship the correct items back.

If you have placed an order with the incorrect address, please reply to your order notification email letting us know as soon as possible to avoid your order being sent to the wrong address.
We work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change to your order and we have not yet shipped it, then we will be happy to do so. If we have already shipped it, an additional order would have to be placed.
